WOOKEY FILMS COMMISSIONED BY NATIONAL CENTRE FOR TRUTH AND RECONCILIATION TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE EVERY CHILD MATTERS EVENT

This month Wookey Films was commissioned by the National Centre for Truth and Reconciliation to contribute a piece to its No Child Left Behind project. A virtual event to be attended by more than four hundred thousand students and teachers across Canada around the theme of Reconciliation.

The team is creating a piece which will feature 5 year-old Rose, daughter of Wookey’s Creative Production Manager, Denise Darling, as she takes us on a journey through 8 generations of Métis identity - all in under 3 minutes!

Wookey Films has the pleasure to be work with producers Insight Productions in Toronto on the project and looks forward to its launch on September 30th.
