WFI BEGINS PRODUCTION ON ONE-OFF DOC FOR RADIO-CANADA

Wookey is pleased to announce it is currently in production on a new one-hour documentary for Radio-Canada. ‘Théâtre de l’histoire’ follows a group of high school students embarking on a journey to connect with and understand Indigenous history through a new lens: the theatre. Directed by Montreal-based filmmakers, Emilie Porry and Soleil Launière, the film is set to shoot its conclusion at this year’s Festival théâtre jeunesse at the Centre culturel franco-manitobain in Winnipeg. The show will air on Radio-Canada later this year in French and Méchif.
