Are you an organized and resourceful professional who thrives in both creative and business environments? We are seeking a Production & Business Affairs Coordinator to support our team with production logistics, business operations, and financial administration. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of production, HR, and accounting, ensuring smooth operations across multiple projects.

What You’ll Do:

Production Coordination

  • Organize, track, and manage crew deal memos once negotiated.

  • Coordinate shoot logistics, including scheduling, locations, and participant organization.

  • Attend shoots as an on-site coordinator and production assistant, ensuring smooth execution.

  • Handle transcription and prep work for dubbing sessions.

Business & Administrative Support

  • Assist with HR and accounting tasks, including processing invoices, tracking expenses, and supporting payroll.

  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and assist with financial reporting.

  • Help track film production costs and update cost reports.

  • Support tax credit applications by gathering required financial information.

  • Maintain and organize data in Google Sheets—strong spreadsheet skills are a plus!

  • Assist with office management and administrative tasks.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Manage website updates and assist with social media coordination.

  • Support music licensing coordination for projects.

  • Help track and organize team schedules, vacations, and other HR functions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Experience in film/TV production coordination or business affairs is an asset.

  • Familiarity with Google Sheets, accounting software, and production workflows.

  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Understanding of French is mandatory; full bilingualism in French and English is an asset.
