WFI TAKES HOME TWO SILVER TELLY AWARDS FOR 'A NATION AND HER MOTHER'

Wookey Films is proud and humbled to announce that A Nation and Her Mother, our short, historical poetry piece about the history and culture of the Métis Nation, has won not one, but TWO silver Telly Awards, one in the General Television category and another in the Craft television category! 

Founded in 1979, the New York based Telly Awards honour excellence in television programming and advertising. Many thanks go out to all who had a hand in this piece. The entire staff at Wookey Films are very proud of A Nation and Her Mother and of the role it has played since its very beginning in sharing Métis peoples story of past and present.
